1. Who we are
This website is operated by SKIN DAY LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under Tax ID (CNPJ) 55.702.787/0001-25, with its registered office at Rua Flávio Marques Lisboa, 511, Barreiro, Belo Horizonte/MG, 30640-050, Brazil. By accessing this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.
2. What we offer
Digital subscriptions — access to applications and routine-organization software, billed on a recurring cycle.
One-time digital products — guides and video programs with permanent access, delivered by email.
Physical cosmetic products — topical cosmetics shipped to the address provided at checkout.
3. Accounts
To access digital products you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@skindayofc.com.br immediately if you identify unauthorized use.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed before checkout is completed.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes on our servers. Charges appear on your statement as SKINDAY.COM.BR.
International transactions. Skin Day LTDA is a company registered in Brazil. Depending on your card issuer, your purchase may be processed as an international transaction and your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee or its own currency conversion rate. Any such fee is charged by your bank and is not received by us.
5. Automatic renewal
Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, at the price shown at the time of purchase. The next renewal date and amount are visible in your account at all times.
You may cancel at any time before the renewal date, directly in your account settings, with no fee and without contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a subscription price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from any purchase made on this website within 7 calendar days of receiving a physical product, or within 7 calendar days of purchase for a digital product, with a full refund of the amount paid. Details in our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery
Digital products are released by email within minutes of payment confirmation. Physical orders ship within 2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share our digital content; not to attempt access to restricted areas of the platform; and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our digital products — text, images, trademarks, code and educational material — belongs to SKIN DAY LTDA and is protected by applicable law. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use, not a transfer of ownership.
10. Nature of our products and absence of medical advice
Skin Day cosmetic products are for external use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our digital products are personal organization and tracking tools; they are not medical devices and do not perform diagnosis.
No content published by us constitutes medical, pharmaceutical or dermatological advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any routine if you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or use prescription topical medication.
Discontinue use immediately and seek care in the event of irritation, persistent redness or an allergic reaction.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skin Day is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our products outside the instructions provided. Nothing here limits any right you hold under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers 30 days in advance. The date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Skin Day LTDA is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
