WHO WE ARE
Skin Day LTDA is a Brazilian consumer wellness company, registered under Tax ID 55.702.787/0001-25 and trading since June 2024. We operate across two divisions that support each other.
Skin Day Labs, our digital division, develops mobile applications, subscription software and educational programs that help people build and keep a daily care routine. Skin Day Skincare, our physical division, develops topical cosmetic formulations, manufactured by a certified partner laboratory and distributed under our brand.
We sell directly to our customers through our own store. We do not dropship, we do not resell third-party inventory, and we do not outsource customer service. Every order is processed and every question is answered by our team.
OUR DIVISIONS
DIGITAL DIVISION
We develop applications and software in the wellness space. Our digital products help people structure a routine, record what they do, and follow their own consistency over time. They are organizational tools — they do not diagnose and they do not replace professional guidance.
PHYSICAL DIVISION
Our cosmetic line is built around a short list of well-known ingredients at concentrations intended for daily use. We publish the complete ingredient list (INCI) for every product, along with the manufacturer. All formulas are vegan and cruelty-free.
OPERATIONAL TRANSPARENCY
Digital subscriptions, one-time digital programs, and physical cosmetic products. Every item displays its full price in US dollars before checkout, with shipping and applicable taxes calculated and shown prior to payment. Nothing is added after purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on the stated cycle, and the next renewal date and amount are visible in the customer account at all times. Cancellation is done directly in the account — no fee, no need to contact support. Charges appear on statements as SKINDAY.COM.BR.
Skin Day LTDA is registered in Brazil. Depending on your card issuer, your purchase may be processed as an international transaction and your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee. This fee is charged by your bank, not by us.
Digital products are released by email within minutes of payment confirmation. Physical orders ship within 2 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
