Digital products are delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation. If your access link does not arrive within one hour, contact support@skindayofc.com.br.

Physical orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Orders ship from Brazil. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

We currently ship to: Brazil, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact support@skindayofc.com.br within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full.
