1. Data controller
SKIN DAY LTDA, Tax ID 55.702.787/0001-25, Rua Flávio Marques Lisboa, 511 — Barreiro, Belo Horizonte/MG, 30640-050, Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed through this website, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

2. Data we collect
Account data — name, email, phone, password.
Delivery data — full shipping address and, where required for customs, a tax identification number.
Payment data — processed directly by Stripe. We receive only the last four digits of the card, the brand and the transaction status. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes on our servers.
Application usage data — steps recorded, frequency of use, routine preferences.
User-uploaded photos — when you choose to record progress photos in the app.
Browsing data — IP address, device type, browser and pages visited, via cookies.
3. Photos uploaded in the app
Progress photos uploaded within the application are stored privately and are visible only to the account holder. We do not use these images for marketing, we do not share them with third parties, and we do not use them to train any model or automated system. They are permanently deleted when you delete your account or request removal by email.
4. Why we process it
To process and deliver orders; manage your account and subscription; provide customer service; comply with tax and legal obligations; prevent fraud; and, with your consent, send marketing communications, from which you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in every message.
5. Legal basis
Performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interest in fraud prevention and service improvement; and consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
6. Who we share with
- Stripe — payment processing
- Our email service provider — transactional and marketing email
- Our hosting provider — website and application hosting
- Postal and courier carriers — delivery of physical orders
- Our analytics provider — aggregated usage metrics
- Public authorities — where required by law or court order
We do not sell personal data to third parties under any circumstances.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside Brazil. In those cases, transfers are made under contractual safeguards providing protection equivalent to that required by the LGPD.
8. Retention
Account data: while the account is active, and up to 5 years after closure for legal defence purposes.
Order and tax records: 5 years, as required by tax law.
Application photos: until account deletion or a removal request.
Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.
9. Your rights
You have the right to confirm whether we process your data; access it; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; request portability; be informed about who we share with; withdraw consent; and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

10. Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access control, and payment processing through a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. In the event of an incident presenting material risk, we will notify you and the competent authority within the legally required timeframes.
11. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality, and analytics and marketing cookies subject to your consent. You may decline non-essential cookies in the consent banner or in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy.
12. Minors
Our services are not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If we identify such collection, we will delete the data.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
